V&T Servo Products
Servo system is the core component of automated motion control, which can achieve precise, fast, and stable control of speed, torque, and position. It is a closed-loop control system composed of a driver, encoder, and motor body. It consists of three parts: servo driver, servo wire, and servo motor.

The servo series products released at this press conference include: VS510 series high-performance servo drives (pulse type), VS512 series high-performance servo drives (bus type), and VSM series servo motors. It can be widely used in precision laser cutting equipment, high-speed labeling equipment, multi-color printing equipment, semiconductor sorting equipment, woodworking machinery, motor manufacturing, etc.
The VS510 series high-performance pulse type servo is a pulse type servo motor controller that controls the motor by sending pulse signals. The controller needs to output pulse signals to control the movement of the motor based on the number and frequency of pulses.
Featuring excellent driver response characteristics, enhanced vibration suppression function, multi-level filtering, 3x overload, support for multiple encoders, resonance suppression, and faster response. Can be applied to over 90% of domestic applications, such as laser cutting machines, high-speed labeling machines, external winding machines, etc.
The VS512 series high-performance bus type servo is a bus type servo controller that transmits data and instructions through the bus to achieve control of the motor by the controller. In this mode, the motor and controller communicate through the bus, and the controller can transmit data to the motor controller center through cables. During data transmission, verification can be performed to ensure the reliability of the data.
It has excellent driver response characteristics, enhanced vibration suppression function, new adjustable function, new advanced automatic tuning function, and new parameter tuning function. Can be applied to over 95% of domestic applications, such as laser cutting machines, inner winding machines, semiconductor equipment, photovoltaic equipment, etc.
